Front porch features maintance-free RhinoDeck composite lumber (23.5 ft x 6 ft). Beadboard porch ceiling offers an authentic, old-style Vermont touch.

Third bay garage is oversized (11.5 ft x 29 ft) with rear window and direct access to backyard. Rear portion of bay can be used as shop area, storage, boat storage or even parking for a 4th vehicle if both vehicles are small. Rafter area offers additional storage.

400 sq ft, maintenance-free RhinoDeck installed Summer 2004. Electrical conduit installed to allow for future electrical needs. Architectural speaker wires located on either side of patio doors.

All rooflines feature seamless gutters, including newly installed leaf-guard screens. Downspouts drain into conduit which runs underground towards front drainage ditch.
